I'm not sure what it is, but I am not crazy about this kid. Is he supposed to be a point guard?

Does he remind anyone else of Jason Williams. His face even looks a little bit similar if you squint. Scoring PG that has kind of quick frenetic movements when he gets going with a nice quick release jumper getting a lot of lift into the shot.
