Here are the actual high temperatures in Syracuse for each day in 2020 compared to the average high, (based on stats that go back to 1901) and the difference that day, + or – as well as a running deficit or surfeit. Here is the website I used for these numbers:
The numbers are the date, the actual high, the historical average high, the net difference, the cumulative net since January 1st, the numbers of days we exceeded the historical average, the number of days we didn't reach it and the number of days we tied it.

Comments: It was a warm and toasty beginning to the year as we blitzed through January reaching the average high or better 25 times in 31 days and exceeding it for the month by +220 degrees. This was the third warmest of the 73 months, (from January 2014) I have kept track of this. March, 2017 we were +223 and in October, 2017, +224. If you are +220 degrees in a 31 days month, that’s an average of 7 degrees higher than the norm per day – and the average high is always at least 31 degrees in Syracuse.
