She's "The healer" discussed in the second segment.

"Grimes played basketball in high school and grew close to her athletic trainer as she dealt with a few injuries. When she arrived at the University of Maryland, she hoped to work with the women’s basketball team, but those trainer jobs went to the most experienced students. She made the move to football instead, where the Terps’ head coach, Randy Edsall, had been Grimes’s father Roland’s position coach when he played fullback at Syracuse in the ’80s."

Sorry to bring this up but Roland is best known for fumbling as we were trying to run out the clock vs. Penn State in 1985 and end our 14 year losing streak against them. They scored a few plays later to win the game and wound playing for the national title. In all fairness, Roland was a good fullback and played hard for the Orange in his stint here. I'm glad to hear that his daughter has made such a success of herself.
