Texas men's basketball freshman Jaylon Tyson entered the transfer portal on Monday, sources told ESPN's Jeff Borzello.

Seven transfers and three HS recruits in one year for Beard. Seems like he was holding open tryouts and at least a few were very likely not to make it. Would be surprised if we don’t see more of these January transfers, not just from Texas.
