It is what you want from the coach -- a laser-like focus on how the team can get better, one game at a time.

And what we want from the players -- a confidence that we are close to being a good team.

Which is true, if key guys stay out of foul trouble, and the guards (and G) can figure out how to finish games. The team has January to make those improvements.
