I always thought the hockey line strategy seemed to be a smart idea. Is chemistry any less critical to basketball? Granted, not many teams have enough depth to make it worth while.

He's NEVER coached a team like this.
He's always gone just 7 or 8 deep for major minutes.
And he's done a surprisingly good job at getting so many guys substantial PT.
