Last time he made some remarks about this stuff (might of been bazley situation)he was being retweeted and blown up all over social media by the likes of LeBron and other prominent NBA figures etc. Id prefer if he didn't put his foot in his mouth with how much publicity this is all getting. If he's for it and will speak on that then great! That would only help us...otherwise I hope he takes a hard pass. But thanks for your input Nate!

Yes, that's great. I hope if asked he is for NIL like he has stated he would be ok with before. He tends to go into other stuff and media guys like to take it and run with it... Im all for good publicity on the biggest stage is all im saying.

He was asked during the generic NCAA press availability and he was supportive of NIL and other things in terms of players profiting, instant transfer, etc. He said it will be tough to figure out and deal with it, but that’s how things progress. He actually did outstandingly well.

All sides need to rethink. NCAA, schools, and coaches should understand that they are "buying" the rights to performance in the possesion of the performer and not the performer. Clauses in the contract beyond this are onerous and make the performer an indentured servant, chattel to be manipulated any way they, the powers that be, want. The players are within their rights to negotiate for their position.
