Jerami Grant: Really dude?

If Jerami was still at SU and at the game I doubt he's wearing that jersey anyway. No big deal regardless.

Very true. I think I was looking to vent after watching that game and rooting for... A tie? It was brutal since I loathe both teams.

It's my opinion that it's not a good look. Its not a hanging offense. So, let's say tonight was the NBA Finals and Jerian was playing tonite for the Spurs. Would it be fine for Jerami to show up in a Spurs jersey even though he's with another franchise?

It just rubs me the wrong way.

It's not a big deal, but I'm not a fan of it.
You started a thread on it so it is kind of a big deal to you. You are entitled to your opinion. I disagree with it. Blood is blood.

you are upset. I have to root for kentucky. I have a friend that is the most disgusting Indiana fan alive. rubbed in it when we lost in '87. I prey that Kentucky goes 40-0 and I can't stand Kentucky and hate Cal.

I hear you, but I don't consider starting a thread proof that it's a big deal to me. It bothered me a little, so I wanted to share my opinion. Obviously, I'm in the minority. That's fine.

Edit: I did say I have a "major issue." I probably should've said I have a "minor issue." I won't be thinking about this tomorrow...let me put it that way.

Family first, don't take it the wrong way he bleeds orange. Hell, you give me a Notre Dame jersey tonight and I would have rocked it.

Yup. Yelled tonight louder than I have for a hoops game since around January of 2014.

Oh my...I can't believe some of these fan self created loyalty rules and to think a player is not loyal because he is wearing his brother jersey to a once in a lifetime event to support him. I am sure jerami grant who actually played for the cuse should have considered your feelings and consulted you and members of the su community to see if he meet your standards for former su player etiquette.

I appreciate Grant there to support and root on his brother. I'm all about that solidarity. But I have a major issue with Jerami wearing an ND jersey at the game. Come on, dude. You don't have to wear an SU jersey but wear a generic outfit. Wearing an ND jersey is not a good look at all. You went to SU, not ND. Try to remember it was your hard work at SU that helped you earn your contract. Rant over.

I said the same thing about Michael Bivins until I realized how much love he had for Chandau Carey.

44cuse

Iommi, I'd never wear anything but a Cuse jersey even if my kids played for some other team. I hear you its orange all the way for ever regardless. I also didn't like Jerami wearing ND gear, not a huge issue but certainly an initial cringe. I know he'd root for SU over anyone else though.

Jordoo! Your spelling has been so much better than this lately...:)

Yes

I vaguely remember Roy Williams wearing a Kansas shirt to the championship game after North Carolina was eliminated. I didn't have a problem with that either.

Grow up.

In Melo's rookie year the Nuggets were playing a playoff game in Denver, and lo and behold, who's at the game watching in the stands and sporting a Nuggets cap? None other than his good friend and fellow rook, Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavs. I remember thinking:"That is waaay cool"!
This "issue" is kinda petty...and totally beside-the-point, IMO.
