Adam Terry mentioned his name today during his show. He thinks he would be a great for DC if Frost is hired. He coached at SU when Adam played. I like the idea of having experienced coaches around a young head coach.

EDIT: If we don't retain Daoust and promote him to DC, I'm fully on board with this. Experienced coach, ties to SU and Frost, and he was also our recruiting coordinator when he was at SU. Lots of potential ties to the area for recruiting purposes, even if he's been out of the area for awhile.

Syracuse recruiting coordinator when recruiting took an amazing nosedive (due to several factors).

No recent DC experience.

A first-time HC and basically first time DC is a crappy recipe for Syracuse.
