Jim as we all knows likes to play his best players significant minutes. He has done this his whole career and been extremely successful. Usually it doesn't create issues because most years it is very clear who the best players are. 
Not this year and that is the issue. 
3 guards should be 4 with Griff. 2 are favored and one is his son. Other than Kadary none are exceptional. More role players than starters let alone stars. 
Center. 3 true 1 a forward who Jim starts at Center. 1 chronically injured, 3 others who dont play. 
Forwards. 6, 7 if you include Buddy. 
Not one that is exceptional. Griff is really a 2, Bras has shin issues, Gumby has to play center and cant shoot Woody? Q is our best but has no handle and an iffy 3 shot.

So unlike most years Jim has a collection of players that all have elements to their games that are solid but he doesn't have a single player that can do it all relative to their positions.
