Since this has pretty much been the case throughout JB's tenure here, it really doesn't surprise me a wink.  In my view, the larger issue (than uncertainty of who the best players are) has more to do with the pent up frustration of being pigeon holed in mediocrity several years in a row now.

The static of PT in these parts has always been discussed/bantered to some degree over the years, but it didn't carry the much louder noise/weight as it does today because we were consistently competing for conference championships, high tourney seeds, etc. vs. competing just to get in the Dance.
