2) If it turns out he didn't have knowledge, but a lot more "victims" / "issues" arise he could be gone for lack of control over his empire.
3) If neither (1) 0r (2) happen, he stays. If he was going to be terminated for what's already out there, it would have happened at the same time Fine was axed.

As much as I would not like to see that happen, I think he's gone.

For Boeheim to be able to stay, in addition to what you say in point #3, it would have to be determined that the University's own investigation of itself (a red flag right there) in '05 was thorough and that they followed up every piece of evidence that they found.

Among the massive amounts of information coming out there have been rumors that perhaps that was not the case.

I agree with points # 1 & #3. On point # 2, I believe even if he did not have any knowledge, the issue will become should he have had knowledge. I think in the end that will determine whether or not Jimmy survives.
