JJ Starling

I saw him after the game with a cast/brace on his right hand. He has a broken finger. He said he will be ready to start the season. He is such a great young man. He couldn’t have been nicer or friendly to visit with.

The pointy finger, or the tiny one?

Ugh, kid keeps facing setbacks.

Maybe I've had it all wrong. I keep thinking one of these days the University of Syracuse is going to have a student-athlete that plays on a peg leg.

What if it's not a peg leg, but a hook hand?

Really, the potential for hilarity with a hook hand on a basketball court is off the charts.

Rebounds that pop the basketball. Fouls on the fast break that disembowel the driver. Puncturing the Gatorade cups. Getting stuck on the rim after dunking.

Ok, the disembowelment isn't funny, but you get what I mean.

As I non football fan, I was wondering the same thing for a bit, lol. It must be the Uconn football game yesterday.

A non football fan for SU or just in general? What do you do with your Saturdays and Sundays in the fall/winter????

If he has a parrot on his shoulder, do we get called for 6 men on the court?
