Based on the comments, more than likely an April fools joke.

He looks to be a pretty accomplished wrestler for Richard Montgomery High School in Maryland. There's some stuff on Hudl when he was playing JV football. But other than the couple of pictures on that Instagram profile, nothing seems to attach his name to lacrosse.
