The vision MUST remain the same. Lock up New York and our other bases in the Northeast. It was working. Have to get a guy that understands this and the ultimate candidate has ties to these schools. Maybe Doug goes with NFL guys for assistants( he sure knows a ton of them)allowing us to hang on to at least some of our guys.
