Scooch--I agree 100% with your perspective on this and the post you made last night. 42 to 25 -- that alone says it all.
The phantom foul on Sullinger, where he tripped and drew a whistle kills me. That came at a critical juncture when we were making our run, and the turnover would have been a huge boon.
The former player in me has trouble blaming a loss--any loss--on refs. But I want to unequivocally state that the refs were ******* terrible, and that the NCAA should be embarrassed for that lopsided hatchet job. I just feel like we came really damn close even despite those three blind mice.
But I agree--had the game not been so unbalanced from an officiating standpoint, maybe Dion doesn't have to sit so long, maybe OSU has a few more turnovers instead of being bailed out on several BS calls, etc.
