Has there been any information released regarding his injury? Will he require surgery? Prognosis?

This kid really deserves to catch a break. I'd love to see him playing along side of a healthy W. Williams with Harvey and Samuels filling out the rotation.

It will be very interesting to see what Thompson can do playing DE full-time.

Yes, I will like Thompson to play DE full time along with Johnson and Simmons. Hopefully Slayton will be that 4th DE in rotation. At DT I am hoping Raymon will be healthy. Him Wayne, Coleman, Harvey and Samuels should be enough bodies inside to keep Thompson on the edge.

Thompson's a real talent. I just wish they hadn't spent so much time bulking him up to fill in on the interior. I think he's lost some mobility and athleticism. An offseason can straighten that out though. I still think his potential is through the roof.

I did not look like he bulked up. They had him listed in the 250 lb range. That is great for a DE.

He actually looks much slimmed down this year, more muscular.
