Very impressed with his handling of the PR aspect of the job and fan experience. Will be interested to see how the Dome fundraising goes and when he has to make his first coaching hire.

For football, basketball or any hire?

Well ultimately, football, basketball and football will be his most important decisions if he has to make them. But as far as the Olympic sports, it will be interesting for those also. If the program has been successful under the prior coach, can they maintain the success and also do it in a fiscally sound way. In other words, I don't want to overpay someone bidding against ourselves.
