Dave McMenamin, a Laker's beat reporter, said on local LA radio a little while ago that there was mutual interest between Flynn in the Lakers . . . strong interest from Flynn and tepid interest from the Lakers. Seems like Flynn is a Plan C or D for the Lakers: First option, get a point by moving Pau or Metta; second option, re-sign Sessions; third option sign a free agent point to start; fourth option, sign a free agent point as a backup (this is probably where Flynn would fit in)
