Ya I guess that could be an option, he would still have to sit a year and UVA could block him from transferring to SU. Still your right the Indian Scholarship makes it at least a bit more viable.

that's the article I saw. It is from July 1st and it says he is scheduled to arrive for summer transition program. Does anyone know where he is for sure?
