The hardest thing to do for any company or program is to change culture.

Dino did everything - including changing out the S&C staff that was in place through four coaching administrations. He got rid of soda from Manley. He got a bunch of kids recruited for a completely different system to buy in.

And he’s got a team playing TOUGH and unafraid to take a swing at those bigger, stronger, faster trees they are lining up against.

His postgame yesterday was awesome. He’s unapologetic in his exepectations and is throwing wonderfully calculated salvos at every turn.

Basketball built an identity through the Dome and the Zone. Football is rebuilding one with Babers and pace.

Can’t wait to be in the preseason Top 30 next year.

It was so easy to replace Hicks as all he was was a heavy beer drinking old school trainer who even some of the Assistants regretted giving him their address. Freeny was a freak athlete who comes around once maybe every generation if at all. If Hicks was so great then why is it we only had 1 D. Freeny then?
