get the pass blocking so that most of the time they win the 1x1 when its 4x6.
get the play calls in on time
get the zone drop depth corrected for the LBs
get the WRs/QBs on the same page.. But reality is that if that you have less skilled WRs the routes we tried to run have a better chance of working but if ours cant run it I guess you have to dumb it down.
get a ST coordinator or find a punter hopefully both
