Just wondering, Coach Nick Monroe "Swag Daddy?"

Nothing will ever change my mind on this.
I hope someone can prove my position wrong.

Well which is it?
Clearly I am inviting any defenses those out there could possibly come up with...Id be shocked if anyone could change my mind, but Id have fun listening to any attempt.
I thought that was very easy to understand.
& If you prove me wrong? Id be happy to let you know. But like i said, Id be shocked...stubborn me said "nothing" but anything is possible...

So far I am confident in my position on "daddy" being a horrible nickname for an educator.

I think for SU he was one of the better recruiters we had, but he fell off towards the end of his time here. His coaching was solid yet unspectacular.

Comparing with the staff we have now though I can see how we may have overrated him a bit.

We’re not really here to amuse you especially when you have said your mind is already made up.

I sure hope it was not a name he gave himself.
He did not give himself the nickname, some high school coaches in Florida coined it because the guy just had swagger. DB swagger, competitive swagger, always dressed clean and prob always rented a dope ride while on the trail in Florida.

He never promotes the nickname but once it caught on he let it live because as a recruiter anything to help you stand out can give you a sight advantage. Being the competitor that he is Nick looks for every edge he can get

Personally I think you’re looking at this too deep if you are uncomfortable with the “Daddy” part of Swag Daddy. it’s just a funny nickname. No more, no less but sometimes nicknames stick regardless if the person being nicknamed likes it or not.

It really wasnt my initial intention, I was trying to offer positive info to a friend from MN who is not a fan of the nickname after meeting him~.

After meeting him? Wait… Does he introduce himself to people as “Swag Daddy”?

I mean, he got results but his flavor savor and nick name was always cringey to me. That’s not to say he wasn’t/is a great dude, both things can be true.
