Kansas looks like they would have trouble with our zone

Kansas not impressing me against a zone inferior to ours tonight. Taking Wiggins out of the game. They have incredible talent but I would favor us right now.
Again Kansas and OSU are the 2 I'd like to avoid because our size/athleticism advantages are negated.

Kansas is no joke. They're a ridiculously talented team that's starting to put it all together.

Stats per 40 minutes:
Player A:
19.6 points / 13.8 Reb /5.1 Blks / 6.4 fouls / 68.7% FG%

Player B:
17.7 pts / 13 Reb / 5.8 blks / 2.4 fouls / 68.7% FG%

Absolutely. Heres a nugget. If they run the table they will get a #1 seed. Mark it down

Kansas has 4 potential lottery picks. However, they would have a tough time scoring against our zone. And they turn the ball over a lot and we force a lot of turnovers. And Ennis would give us a big advantage at point guard. For those reasons, I'd favor us right now.

Lol half of seldons foot was out of bounds, no call. No team gets more help from the refs than Kansas.

I used to think it was Duke, but over the years it just seems like whenever I watch Kansas the officiating always seems to favor them - especially late in games where they're about to be upset. Maybe I just see what I want though so never really give it too much credence.

I never have any faith in a Scott Drew team once the tide starts going the opposition's way. I don't know if any coach gets less out of more. It doesn't look like Baylor makes in-game adjustments.

There's no doubt in my mind that Kansas gets more favorable calls than any other team. I've honestly turned off Kansas games because they get so many calls. It's so annoying.

That big center against those lay-ups and baby hooks we are scoring on scares me. They could all be run-outs the other way.

A matchup with Kansas in March would be a nice time to have Dajuan to throw at Embiid. Damn shame.

Yeah and Embiid would have the single game block record stuffing Coleman after his weak layup attempts.

Thinking more of the big body aspect. Rico Gathers (6'-8", 270) seemed somewhat effective at bothering Embiid in the second half tonight.

Kansas always gets every call on their home court in league games, they always have. The ACC might have been Duke, North Carolina, all these years, but the Big 12 has always been Kansas, occasionally a good Texas, or Oklahoma, recently Baylor, but they all are 2nd tier.

JB would have Fair and Grant go straight at Embiid. Need to get him 2 quick fouls and build a little cushion. Hope you can play them evenly after that. That said, SU's perimeter game has been pretty good so far. Maybe they can neutralize Embiid by knocking down jumpers.
