Kansas State/Southern Miss

just taking a look at k st schedule, theyve really only had 2 bad losses, both to oklahoma. other than that theyve lost to west virginia, kansas x2, baylor x2, iowa st x2, and at texas, all tourny teams. and most of those losses were relatively close. sweeping mizzou is mighty impressive, only team to win at mizzou. i watched their home game vs kansas and they looked awful.

anyone know anything about southern miss? havent seen them play for 1 second. theyve had some bad losses. denver, uab, houston, utep. i think ill be rooting for them, but thats just based on schedule, i honestly dont have a clue about them.

Southern Miss isn't very good. Classic case of inflated RPI leading to being overseeded.

Look at the point spreads - K St is by far the biggest favorite in the 8-9 games.
