So much for a great culture for the women’s program. Jack must be confident she’s going to do well in the portal. She better, because all she has is Uche.
It’s fake a lot of the time. Not sure why these players thank their coaches and time at Syracuse and then enter the portal.
It's business. You thank your previous organization as you head to your next position, don't you? It’s fake a lot of the time.
No. I moon them before being escorted by security. It's business. You thank your previous organization as you head to your next position, don't you?

I took a 50k job and parlayed it into a 100k job.No. I moon them before being escorted by security.
Most of them sound the same. Just swap out names and locations. It is also possible that AI is being asked to generate a “Sincere sounding thank you note for my departure from my current (insert sport) team."It’s fake a lot of the time.

I’d be thanking them instead of mooning them
Yea they’re all pretty copy and paste around the college world. Nothing sticks out to me thematically that screams sincere. I’m sure a lot of these kids have aspects they appreciate and will miss but the messages are super robotic and don’t hold any weightMost of them sound the same. Just swap out names and locations. That is because you are seeing the message meant for the you and the interwebs. The real message is delivered in person (I hope)Yea they’re all pretty copy and paste around the college world. I think Dasher may have said it in another thread, but if there is $$ out there, only a handful of programs may actually have it. Not all of these players can play on those teams. And he also made a good point on how preposterous it would be to have NIL deals in excess of what the WNBA pays their players. It makes no sense. Agents are killing this sport.Thought she showed potential and would stay. This seems to be the nature of the game now, looking for bigger paydays, moving up to better programs but it doesn't always work out.
Agents only care about their cut. There seems to be no rules about being an agent. There will be a 30 for 30 in ten years where a number of these players will complain about the system and how they were taken advantage of but they are making their own choices. I really do not have sympathy for any player that leaves Coach Jack if it doesn’t work out the way they hoped. Great coach. Great school and degree. If they chose to leave it’s on them. For someone who is currently paying for SU tuition to give up a free education with some revenue share for a majority of these players is crazy.I think Dasher may have said it in another thread, but if there is $$ out there, only a handful of programs may actually have it. Cornelia Fondren 2.0I am glad they came to terms, I like her style of play
good question, I heard some crazy stuff that it might be for only one semester. If so, she'll sit out the first semester and play the second. It's because she was a mid-year transfer back in the day when players had to sit out two semesters. Mid-year transfers were common back then. They'd sit out January - March of the transfer year and then November-December of the next season. They'd be eligible in December as soon as the fall semester ended. Darius will obviously want to play the second semester with the ACC schedule and then hopefully in the NCAAs.Not sure if this was mentioned elsewhere, but does Darius have a legit shot at a waiver?
