Pretty sure that has to be th 1969 game at Archbold that PSU won 15 - 14.

I would say it is 1971. You can see the top of the Heroy Geology Lab just above the stands. The building opened up in 1972. Back in '69 I do not think the construction was that far along.

It's either that game or the infamous 15-14 game in 1969. I know Franco had along TD run in the 1969 game as Penn State came back from a 14-0 deficit in the 4th Quarter.

yes great observations but also good research by me getting a major organization that published this picture with the 1971 label on it. pat on the back to me and now the post can rest.
