Ken Pomeroy released his Player of the Year watch list yesterday. Doug McDermott is the runaway leader and is likely to stay that way barring injury, but tomorrow's game will feature a face off between #2, Pitt's Lamar Patterson, and #5, CJ Fair.

Why do all of these player of the year and all american teams have Randle and Parker on it, yet Ennis is considered the Freshman of the year?

I think its a key game for ACC POY. Especially for Patterson who has put up great numbers so far but has not done it on a big stage yet.
