Kris had the best bad game I have ever seen today. (That is a complement).

His shot wasn't falling at all - but he kept getting himself to the line and making smart plays. At the beginning of the game he really looked sort of spaced out or down, but he ran his own version of burn offense for most of the game. He didn't jack shots, he didn't settle. He consistently drove and got himself to the line. He didn't even shoot that well from the line, but he still stuck with it and it was big part of the win.

To me, this is exactly what senior leadership is all about. This is why we can win games when we shoot horrible percentages. Great contributions today from Kris.

I feel like Kris has made some major improvements in his floor game this year. He's a guy that could average 16 or 17 ppg if he really forced things, but that would make the team worse. He's had a really nice year (and he had a few big rebounds down the stretch today too).

He has sure cut down on those drives to the hoop with his head down into three opponents. He plays alot smarter. I love the different star every game aspect of the team.

I was telling my buddy who I watched the game with that I hoped in the second half Kris got that "look" and started to take the ball to the basket more aggressive. He gets that determined look to him and can get to the basket at will at times.

Glad to see he can flip the switch when his shot isnt falling. I wish he would work opposite and go inside early then start taking 3's.

Was going to post a similar thread.
Didn't really show in the boxscore, but he had a really good game. Like HoustonCuse said, senior leadership exemplified.

In general, one thing this team does very well is to limit jump shots when they aren't falling. This is all JB, no doubt. The first UL game was a perfect example. Every player was misfiring from outside and as a result, I don't think we shot more than 2 or 3 jumpers in the entire second half of that game. Kris made that adjustment beautifully today.
