I graduated in 1998 and while I was there yes, it wasn't at all an area you'd want to be alone at night. From what I've read in alumni materials, the university has partnered with the city to really revitalize downtown. But I haven't been back recently so I can't say for certain what it's like now.

She was there in 2000. Used to spend a lot of times at the Colonial Mall, which I don’t even think is a mall anymore.

There’s still family in the area and while the revitalization of the downtown area is ongoing, crime is still very rampant unfortunately

I do too, I really liked Kyle and his attitude would have loved it if he had ended up with Siena, he certainly wasn’t afraid to go to the rack
