Perry had the unfortunate experience of playing an entire season during the GRob era. That sure didn’t help him.

He only played really his freshman year all season when he had 10 td’s. His last 2 seasons he was decimated with injuries having his last 2 seasons cut short. Heck the poor guy got hurt on like the first play in the first game his 3rd year, his last. Sad.

Rel Hunt was a “dual threat” who mostly was only a runner.

But yes - if he’d not gotten badly hurt his last 2 seasons, he likely would’ve been much higher on the list -
