Nah, there are three phases; McCord playing in the bowl, McCord's appeal being approved, and McCord coming back. I was told all three wouldn't happen. This is step two.

I was emphatically told that the appeal was baseless and even scoffed at. I'm dunking on this.

I would be easy on the gloating.

Some of the information some of us were going off of came from people either very close to the AD or within the AD.

And to be fair, those of us that were saying the waiver was denied were in fact correct.
