A — Kevin Rice, Syracuse, Sr.
All he did was generate offense, this season and in the three seasons prior. Size be darned — Syracuse listed Rice at 5-foot-10, 177 pounds — Rice quarterbacked the Orange to the tune of 36 goals and 48 assists for 84 points. He ranked fourth nationally with 5.25 points per game despite Syracuse playing what the computers deemed one of two toughest schedules in the country.
