In the last 5 games, we have a total of 2 TDs in the first half. One was a defensive TD and the other was an 11 yard drive after an INT. That is unspeakably hideous

It's amazing we haven't gone Jim Hardbaugh style with extra OT and jumbo packages and instead of forcing the passing game that is obviously not there, use your trio of RB's and try to slam it down there throats. 2.5 YPC for a 1st down. Sure they're wasting the talent at WR, but it's getting wasted anyways. Why we haven't tried that is stubborn? It's more like we're going to run our stuff no matter what. Use Filardi or Carney, who are the most mobile QB's. Lots of Clement, double back sets, extra OT's. I think that approach would be more successful, but i'm sure he's worried about playing time at WR. It's still amazing Willis hasn't got 20 carries.

It would seem with Nixon that, while it’s a good trick when you have the right QB, he is a one trick pony.

He does not seem either willing or capable to cater to his personnel.

The last 3 games we have a combined 115 yards passing in the first half. Having a per game of 115 would be bad. Yet we are only averaging 38.3!!!

This one makes me angry. An FCS team should be able to get over 40 yards per game in the first half. In FBS games the last three teams we played in pypg are ranked 96th, 80th, 74th nationally. So even after playing us they still have bad passing averages.
