Second, you're making a team game into the 99% responsibility of one guy but out of generosity give 1% of the blame to supposedly the adult in the room, the guy who could have managed his team a lot better during the season. Your percentages would make sense if switched around. Anyone who's ever played on a team at any level at any age is taught right away that a loss is never one guy's doing. Ever.
