Amazing comeback by JHU to beat UVa 14-13. UVa led 11-4 in the 3rd (8-3 at the half) and Hop then outscored them 10-1 to go up 14-12. Va scored to make it a one goal game. Va won the faceoff but couldn't score. Hop goalie (who didn't start) was great and Hunter Chavette (sp?) had 6 goals. Basically Va stopped playing when they were up 11-4. Generated very little offense. Game was in Charlottesville and was their 100th meeting.

Personal Note to the Mod who moved this post to the Pick 'Em thread -- I purposely posted this in the weekly streaming thread because not everyone reads the Pick 'Em thread, especially non-members. I posted it over there because it is of interest to more than just people who participate in Pick 'Em, which I'm not doing this year. Posts in that thread are very parochial to participants in Pick 'Em, not general readers of this site. I go in here to just to help out on NYS spreads.

I did not see any of those posts. I had no reason to look there and it never occurred to me to. If you want to limit discussion of other games to only the Pick 'Em thread, so be it. It makes more sense to move those posts not related to picks to another thread so others can have the benefit of seeing them. I think some weeks some are in the streaming thread. But I could be wrong.

Got it. But maybe only those doing Pick 'Em know that.
