I'm sure that's the excuse they are going to use, but they won that game by 15 goals. Give me a break. Also "not enough time to prepare for a game of this magnitude"? How many days do you have to prepare for a conference or NCAA title game? Less time!

its not the same as a conference or ncaa title game...in those instances both teams have the same amount of time to prepare but for this game the hoyas have had over a week and hop only 2 or 3 days...thats a tough decision that no one else had to make this week...

Curious if they actually reschedule this game. The best dates for Hopkins fall between a stretch in which they play UNC, UVA and Syracuse, the first two on the road. If they try and get it in before Big 10 play starts, that's pretty much the only stretch that works. Hopkins has a week off after they host to Orange (and play Navy at home) but Georgetown has a game scheduled with Albany midweek.

If I had to guess id bet it ends up being canceled. Theres no real good date range for either school to make it up.

The Orange have “burned the boats” and have their sights set on Memorial Day Weekend. Gary Gait put together a formidable non-conference schedule that not only fortifies the RPI, but also helps prepare the Orange to do battle in the ACC. While many of us may have wanted (expected) more than 13 goals against BU on Sunday, the Orange settled in against the BU 10-man in the second half and remained patient on offense to find the right look to keep the Terriers at bay. Joey Spallina was locked in and finished with three goals and two assists. The SJU game provides another opportunity to face a difficult ride and a game that can out-scheme even the most talented teams. St. Joe’s kicks off the season with a new face at the helm. Scott Meehan took over when Taylor Wray left to go across town to Penn.

That's the problem with taking any of these low mid major games. Games can be a total crapshoot.

Yup. I've got the game going as background noise and wasn't paying attention to who was scoring, just assumed it was LeMoyne. Was surprised when I clicked over close to halftime.

Yup I took LIU today -2.5. They were up 2 at half and then up pretty much 4 or 5 the entire third and first few mins of the 4th. Of course they then gave up 3 goals in like 3 mins early in the 4th. They assuredly won't end up covering.

4-0 Boston U early in the 1Q against Siena. Terriers are totally overwhelming Siena on the ride. BU is outclassing them in all facets. Our 13-6 win over them might look real good down the line

Had a feeling BU might jump all over them but it can be hard to get a read on teams. BU with that ride and goalie play is going to be a tough out.

Likely come down to them and Army. Loyola looks improved but Gate should take a step back. Navy is a wild card but they have really struggled the last few years. BU plays Dartmouth, Yale and Harvard in the OOC yet this year. Those will be three fascinating games.
