LAX TV/Streaming for Jan 31-Feb 2

The Queens at Mount St. Mary's game scheduled for Saturday at 11am has been changed to Sunday at 1pm at Queens in Charlotte. Per a friend who is a parent of a MSM player. Apparently it will not be televised.
The Mount St. Mary's/Queens game reschedule for Sunday in Charlotte has been postponed for this weekend and will be rescheduled.

a 4-day weekend in the Dome, 4 games a day. 16 games. 32 teams. Perfect!

To me, getting rid of February games is about a lot more than cancelations. Its certainly about the athlete experience, first and foremost. But it's also about how our game is perceived. Nobody goes to these games. Or they are played in indoor facilities never designed for more than practice. Thats what potential new fans see on TV. Lacrosse shines in decent weather with good crowds.

Or we could play all early season games in the Dome or at Jacksonville. That's the equivalent to what baseball does.

Seriously why not something like this? Maybe cut the number of. Teams. Put it all on TV. Or pay per view
Or some combination. The Dome is the perfect place to hold it. Right on a college campus. And one of the few campuses that cares deeply about college lacrosse. And close by to the Onondaga Indian Reservation to bring in the historical culture of The Creator's Game. The only possible constraint I see is whether the number of available hotel rooms in the area would limit the number of teams and visitors who could attend.

Good lord. The Rutgers-Jacksonville announcers are ... I don't know what.
From the Gus Johnson School of Broadcasting. Each pass, each shot, is like the last shot of the game to win it all. Unlistenable. I put it on MUTE.

Egad, Kessnich and Dixon as the announcers.

Freshman Lamite starting in goal for Hopkins.
I hope that they clear more of their bleachers of snow by the time we play them!
