Reopening? Did he commit to S. Carolina and they pulled the offer? Wow. I'm sure it has happened where a school has their access revoked for whatever reason, but I've never seen it stated publicly.

From creeping through twitter it seems that is what happened or he had an non-committable offer that he thought was commitable. And there have been a few other schools that have told schools they were no longer welcome to recruit their players on twitter.
