Have a relative who lives in South Orange [this recruit is from nearby West Orange], and he thinks Wimberly is LEGIT.

So I've paid attention to this recruit, and agree with you. Wimberly and the LB we landed in last year's class from NY are BIG, fast, and mean.

I think you misinterpreted the tone of NYCCuse826’s post. I don’t think he was being negative on the offers. Just making a dig at Temple in calling them out as also a low end school. At least that’s how I read it.

Dino the man is impressive. Just needs the right support staff/assistants. Seems like that area has been improved immensely.

Yes, far better staff these past two years(2022 and current staff) than he has ever had, and it’s not close. Not often you have a universally regarded genius running your defense who also has 150 FBS wins as a head coach, and even as a first time OC, Beck has way more respect out there than the likes of Gilbert (Sean Lewis was/is very highly regarded, so not knocking his contributions in 2016-2017).

Kid from Iona Prep that you mention is my surprise player this year. Not a lot of people talking about him for some reason. Everyone likes the D lineman from Buffalo (for good reason), but Iona kid has NFL measurables.
