Just noticed on LA’s winning score he had number 38 as a lead blocker ie like a fullback. Not sure I’ve seen much of that from us this year. He did score so maybe it could help a bit going forward.
I always thought it would be interesting if they used Villari as a fullback as it could add another layer to our running game (blocking or running) and he could also roll out for passes or even option pass off a run.
Whether he has the skills to block as a fullback I’m not sure. I know it would mean taking someone else off the field but I think it could work to help establish a running game when necessary.
