Based on the interview that Robert's dad did with Dan Tortora, man...what a bizarre situation. I loved Robert's talent, would have loved seeing him play for SU. But I said it yesterday, a big part of me is relieved to be free from any potential drama and baggage that he'd bring with him. It's such a weird situation.

Sounds like he's getting manipulated by another family and its sad. I know its none of our business but they are putting it out in the media and this is a fan forum.

Taking the high road and wishing this young man well wherever he lands. I think SU would have been a great fit for him if it had worked out. It's a pity the de-committing was delayed so long however. The timing leaves SU in a difficult position, just a week before signing day, although there are rumors HCSS knew several weeks ago.

Here's hoping we get another talented RB who genuinely wants to be here (if he's not already here or in the 2016 class).

good catch. removed by edit .. it's a few months away. what I was trying to say is .. we've had our 16 class pretty much done for a while and this is a pretty important piece of the puzzle that's suddenly missing fairly late in the process.
