It doesn't need to be renovated to be a palace, for the reasons that many here have stated (players spend more time in the Melo center than the Dome). But it should be upgraded so that it doesn't look worse than locker rooms some of these kids use at their High Schools. Moderate upgrades could be done pretty economically.
