I thought one year Triche went too far with the weight training and it hurt his shooting. I hope Lydon did not go down that path.

Interesting theory on the weight training. It's still befuddling that triche wound being a terrible shooter by the end of his career.

Triche had a nagging back injury his senior year. Btw, it wasn't a charge against Jordan Morgan. Effin refs!
