Let's Adopt Another Team

I think the board should adopt another team that we can follow to lessen the pain felt by Syracuse losses. I think we should look for a team that is in a Big 5 power conference, has historically been a doormat, has little to no history or tradition, but is a program on the rise. I choose Baylor.

Baylor has had a remarkable turnaround since they hired Art Briles. They are 3-1 against Texas the last four seasons. They are 16 point favorites IN AUSTIN. I saw a stat somewhere that this is the first time since Texas has been in the Big 12 that it is a double digit dog at home. WOW!

I'm going to root for the (bad news) Bears to take down the arrogant Longhorns. Small town program is going to take down the Giant.

I think I'll start rooting or UGA as I live in Atlanta now. I used to root for them to lose so everyone around me felt the misery i feel weekly with Syracuse but I think I need to lighten up.

See, they fit the bill and they wear orange and can't score. But at least they are in the top 20 in the OHSL. It's either them or our Ryder Cup team. I'm still patriotic no matter what.
