For one single day, hire an offensive mind to provide an honest evaluation and guidance to SU on where McDonald is messing up. Posters on here can tell you not to put Custis as a screen receiver and instead to run him on a seem route instead. Posters on here can fix most of our offensive scheme problems. So hire an out of work coach who is respected or an nfl guy to explain to McDonald what he is doing wrong and what he's done wrong through this point in the season. Can't cost that much.

Not everyone on here understands those things. Some people think most of the playcalls are fine and the players just can't execute them.
