My daughter was driving down the NYS Thruway and couldn’t get in left lane to pass a Trooper that had pulled a car over. The trooper then pulled my daughter over and she pled her case. The Trooper then gave her a ticket not for failure to move over but because she had a frame around her license plate.

the plate said Syracuse University.

I just needed to add this since I saw your post that the first time I was ever pulled over and received a ticket I was on 87 apparently in Halfmoon. Had never heard of Halfmoon before or been there since going to the town to get my reduction but it always brings back memories when I see your posts lol
