I thought I had read a post on this board a week or two ago confirming that ZA had signed his LOI. Maybe it's not binding until you actually enroll for classes??

Rivals and others reported incorrectly... He signed the scholly papers and submitted them.. Those unfortunately are non-binding and he enrolled at TCU.
