Live Postgame Presser

Thanks for taking my call Coach. I'm looking for some likes on my fan forum, I have a question from the poster PlayMan2Man69.

The criticism was basically that he was a washed up old fart who should be shipped out to sea on an ice chunk.

Don’t want none. Don’t start none.

Cuz Jimmy is gonna get his.
Jimmy gunna burn the whole thing down!

Posters on Internet forums who think a coach actually listens to their complaints and/or suggestions are out of their minds. Jim Boeheim may have thin skin, but he’s certainly secure with HIS decisions on the court as well he should be. Imagine our long winters without this incredible basketball program to watch, talk about and critique.....count our blessings, we truly are fortunate to have this program in our little burg of upstate New York.

He sure keeps track of all that inconsequential stuff. And a lot of the inconsequentials wanted a guard rotation and more Edwards

I'm happy for him and his family and I'm happy for me but a lot of what motivates him is garbage, I'm sorry
He's a competitor looking for anything for motivation. Whatever works for him is fine by me.

Oh he listens. He has used post game pressers all year to rip the "Pat from Syracuse" guys. His coaching adjustments throughout the season have helped make this team what it is today. Playing 8-9 guys including a three guard rotation instead or Buddy and Joe playing 95% of the minutes. Edwards growth inside and Braswell boarding and nailing 3's have shown the progression this team has made tis year.

I ended up finding the extended version (that includes Buddy) on Youtube and the Ivie response is still there. He was not happy that Jimmy couldn't play this year. I wouldn't be happy either.
Kevin Wall, Nunes contributor, with the take in the comments that players could’ve been “forced” to play is pretty silly. [/MEDIA]
