As the article from the NY Daily News that I referenced in another thread said - SU may have waited until after getting a #1 seed and games near home before self reporting. And as the article states, if true that is unethical.

It's no different than lying about Arinze's availability two years ago.

(Not saying that either is ethical, but - if true - this wouldn't be anything new.)
